This place was great when I first moved in the office staff was great problems were fixed quickly and it was an overall great place to live, but things do change and its not all managements fault. The first problem started after a heavy rain thats when well it started to rain in my apartment. I called the office immediately and they reponded quick as usual but they couldn't really do much so they called the roofing company and well it took the roofing company about a month to fix and maintence another 3 months to repair the hole that was left in my ceiling. And guess what after the snow storm the roof began leaking again in the same spot. Several issues I have called maintence about lately have not been taking care despite many work orders but the icing on the cake is my very loud neighbors. My neighbors moved in under me about 3 months after I did, before that it was very peaceful. I don't know if they are hearing impaired or what but they play their music so loud I understand the words to the song and I live above them not below. The bass from the speakers has on several ocassions moved my dining room table plates and all. I have called management numerous time to complain and all I get is we will give them a letter warning them about the noise. But nothing has been done after 6 months. So needless to say i am ready to move out. Andover place is not a bad place to live but they are just not efficent when it comes to handling problems

#1 roaches - TONS! as soon as you turn off the lights - they take over! OTC chemicals do not work.
#2 super unprofessional and unfriendly staff
#3 insane policy that tenants cannot receive packages! they deny all packages and i do not know what they do with USPS slips? dump them?
#4 one of your neighbors is a very well-known drug dealer! i know! trust me.
#5 one of the neighbors got robbed in the middle of the day! go figure!
