#1 roaches - TONS! as soon as you turn off the lights - they take over! OTC chemicals do not work.
#2 super unprofessional and unfriendly staff
#3 insane policy that tenants cannot receive packages! they deny all packages and i do not know what they do with USPS slips' dump them'
#4 one of your neighbors is a very well-known drug dealer! i know! trust me.
#5 one of the neighbors got robbed in the middle of the day! go figure!

#1 roaches - Roaches are EVERYWHERE! We live in the damn desert. And if you cant stand it, get your own pest control and stop crying about it!
#2 Not everyone is unfriendly and unprofessional.
#3 Your insane ignorance about packages. The OFFICE does not except packages for tenants ( ever heard of liability ), besides the postman wont even leave it in the office.
#4 How do you know that a particular resident is a drug dealer? Perhaps you were a customer of this person, and somehow they must have upset you, so now you're out to tell the world who they are.
#5 CRIME happens EVERYWHERE! AND it does not care whether it is the middle of the day, or night. Watch the news! You'll see what I'm saying!
