The only guest parking is way in front of the complex, they don't keep their residents informed (ie. I went to go swimming yesterday and found the pools drained... they never told me), took them 2 months to fix a dryer that did not work at all, left an old refrigerator outside my front door for a month dispite my beginning for them to move it (my boyfriend and dad finally did it for me), the grounds are alright, could be nicer. The appliances are REALLY old. The place has been around for 17 years!! They are trying to fix the place up right now so there is a lot of noise and workers around. They will even show up on your patio and not tell you. Noise is easily heard in the hallways outside. They did change management, most of my problems were in the beginning but I just havn't had good luck with this place at all.
