Horrible experience, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy if I d had one

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007

Old AC units sucking power but not cooling ($400 /month on power bill and temp does not come down 85deg on a 1500sq ft apt.

Incompetent maintenance personnel washed AC unit and left water to short out and apartment almost caught on fire.

Incompetent administration, in the many changes of hand paper tracing a mess.

Old kitchen appliances. Bugs, Summerlin Pkwy Hgwy noise too high.
