Good but Poor management

Good: These apartment are very nice, large rooms with a very unique design. It is in walking distance to a local Sinclair store and ICLV(International Church of Las Vegas) which is my home church. Also I like these apartments because they are virtually sound-proof I can play my 15 inch sub with 2500 watts coming out of two speakers, and you can only hear it if your in front of my front door.
Bad: These apartments have horrible lighting at night, only because the management does not replace light bulbs. Parking can be dangerous for women and small kids because of how dark it is, there is a ridiculous amount of cigarette buds around here, and the grass maintenance is poor also, I saw one of my kids get injured on a deep hole in the ground here thats been here since 2006, and when I complained about it management acted like there waiting for sediments to fill it. It is not a gated community because the gates have not went closed every night for a week since 2005. The pool is not well taken care of near the end of summer.
Overall: Its a great place for people that don't mind the downsides, theres a great park for the kids to play at, Angel Park is near it(across the street), in which I run at, theres also a big grass field at that good for the kids there. Also has great poles that help you stretch out. Basically it fits my daily nessesitys, but if any of these bad's concern you just make sure you go in with your eyes open.
P.S:If theres anything wrong with your apartment have them fix it BEFORE you move in, or it might be along time before you get it done if you move in before then. extensively inspect your apartment before you move in also.
