Horrible maintenence service, it's been three days and no one has bothered to show up. Almost had a flood and a fire.

Horrible neighborhood (they obviously don't screen the people who move in here). Dirty, shady looking people who would just as soon steal your car and set you on fire in the desert when you're not looking, then ever lend a helping hand.

Don't ever step foot in the garbage area, that's used as a personal urinal for some of the local tenants.

The kids here are absolutely obnoxious as well. Trust me, if you drive through here to take a look, you'll be doing us a favor if you hit a couple on your way out. Don't worry, no one will come looking for you. Lord knows the parents here don't care about them.

The neighborhood here is so bad, the security guards are too affraid to leave the office during their shifts. They will literally tell you to take care of it yourself. And when you call the police for help, good luck getting them to come out, let alone answer the phone.

Nobody ever picks up after their animals here, there's dog crap everywhere. And, I do mean absolutely everywhere.

But there are a few good things about this place.......they painted new lines on the parking spots......that's about it.

So, I wouldn't recommend living here, ever. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't recommend living in Las Vegas at all. That is unless, you enjoy having your stuff stolen, being shot at just because you're there, and having your kids molested by cop impersonators.
