My sister and I have lived here for 18 months now and it's horrible. In the front there is no parking anywhere, my vehicle was stolen from the property parked right where 'night security' just hangs out. My master bedroom has no air coming out of the vents and the maint supervisor told me Sunday well you'll just have to deal with it because every apartment here has no air in the master bedroom. The bathroom has a skylight that isnt sealed so the bathroom has dust constantly flying in and keeping the room hot. And nasty ass pigeons everywhere!!!! we have to spray our car off every other day its so nasty!!! Workorders never get responded to, and when you tell the office staff they just say ok we will call you. They finally called me after the office had closed and lied by saying they were at our door several times and no one answered. WE WERE IN THE FRONT ROOM WAITING THE WHOLE DAY!!! All the residents hate this place, and the health department has threatened to shut them down multiple times in the last year. And you have pay water for the whole complex so for rent last month I had to pay $910 even though my rent is only $855!!!!!!!
