Ive recentley moved from antigua bay and lets just say for the 6 months that my family and i lived there it was hell! To start off if you ever wanted something repaired by maintenance in your apt. it took at least 4 phone calls to the office and a month later. Everything in our unit fell apart. Also the fact that the AC was so screwed that we never had a power bill under $200 every month. Almost every day Metro was there and undercover cops to bust people. We experienced gunshots about once a week. There were constant robberies and gang activity. My fiance had a gun pulled to his head when he was walking thru the complex to go to the store. Our friends that also lived there were harassed outside our apt. by a few guys and one had his head kicked in and threatened. We also had our lives threatened and these people tried busting our door down and breaking our windows. It got to the point we couldnt let our children outside to play. Near the end of our lease i didnt go outdoors unless i really had to. I could say much more but in a nutshell this place is horrible and very over priced for the BS you have to deal with. To sum it all up the Parking sucks (never can park in your own spot), the Noise is terrible, the Grounds look great only near the office but in the back it looks like the ghetto, your Safety doesnt exist there, the Construction is terrible, Maintenance is awful (good luck),The Staff (dont get me started) are rude and uncaring, Ovetall i rate Antigua Bay half a star! To top it all off we are getting charged 2 more months rent yet our lease was up and we werent provided a safe enviorment to live in or a livable unit to reside in so whos breaking there half of the contract hmmmmmm' Antigua Bay!!!!!!!!

oh yea, it was terrible we had kids throw stuff the porch and almost hit me in the head and the parants didnt care.also when I lived there the people up stairs where dealing drugs and the office didnt care.they just me to not say any thing.they acted like they where going to do something and they didnt do a darn thing about it.I couldnt even leave my wife alone at for the people up stairs where having people come in and out of there everynight and they would play loud music all night long and party.and the kids would stay home from schoool and play on the fence and throw the ball around the apt and not even go to school.and had smoking dope right behind our apt and the office wouldnt do anything about it.
