Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
the air conditioning sucked in our apartment and the maintance would come out and say that everything was working fine but our place was well over 80 degrees and no cooler and our power bill was well over 250 a month in the summer it was to hot to cook and they never did any thing to fix it
