I dont need to write a big long review cuz pretty much everything else that everyone is complaining about is the same thing I have went through along with being robbed..
THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX SUCK A BIG FATTY!!!!!! who ever moves there move at your own risk you will be sooo unhappy once you do... look around before you move there..managment, maintenance and security all are horrible. They are more worried about busting kids in the pool than they are keeping track of the ghettoness that thay have on their property, there background checks and all of that are a bunch of S***!!! they say they dont accept section 8 well believe me it sures seems as if they do..just whoever wants to move there my advice would be find somewhere else this would def be my last resort...good luck!!!

Oh Bravo you guys for speaking up. I have lived here for 3 years; how we have made it I will never know. It's just that the expense of moving somewhere else nicer has been hard. The 1st year we were here it was not bad, felt save. During the 2nd and 3rd year it has been hell. Robberies, burglaries, yes roaches, we have called out the exterminator at least 10 times since we've been here. Things breaking down, charging the same rent for old section as new section, loud music coming from apartments, tennants that just dump there garbage anywhere. Vacant apartments being used by outsiders, maintenance leaves patio and front doors open and unlocked. The teenagers around here are so ghetto, and immigration would have a field day over here. 5 and 6 people living in one apartment, and who knows if management knows it or not. Some apartments have microwaves, some don't. Have had to replace every appliance in the apartment, bathtub has been chipping for the past 2 years, management was notified, still nothing done. There letting anyone and everyone in here cause they need the money, sprinkler shoots straight up in the air, was reported, in fact over a year ago, nothing done. Was told our apartment was one of the oldest in the section, and leaking air conditioning about every 6 months, hot water in master bedroom gives about 5 min. shower, new valves have been replaced twice and still i have to take a military shower every morning. This place is horrible. Management has changed at least 5 times since I've lived here. You talk to one person one month and someone completely new is there the next. I have to admit tho, that some maintenance people do understand what's going on, they make a special effort, but some of the others couldn't care less. Mostly see them riding around in their carts back and forth. Car speed from parking spaces, making turns at 40 miles an hour, where kids are playing with no adult supervision. They won't even post speed limits within the compound. The apartment below me has been occupied by 7 people since I've been here, I think a couple have skipped. Continuous toilet problems down there, and who knows what else, but at least 3 of the other apartments have had different occupants every 6 months, some have skipped from those too. Anyway, I know what the other two reviewers are talking about. Management doesn't give a ----, and still now they charge 55.00 for water on a 3 bedroom, 45.00 for a 2 bedroom, and 35.00 for 1 bedroom, while they run sprinklers when it's snowing and raining, and don't fix sprinklers or valves around the complex. Now that's a waste of water. They should be paying it instead of putting it on the renters. Anyway I have had my say, and this place is going down down down. It won't be long before we find another place, we just signed a year lease, but that should give us time to save for something a little better. Good luck to all Antigua Bay renters, we all need it.
