They jerk you around, no one is EVER on the same page so you're always getting 4 or five different stories (many times from the same person), the manager is never there, any time theres a miscommunication it's turned around to make it YOUR fault, they don't tell you what papers you need to bring with you to apply until you're there. Oh and best of all, a lot of the plumbing is shot, resulting in toxic mold in the walls and they blame it on you!
