When you pay so little for rent you should expect the worst and hope for the best. What you don't normally expect is rude, unorganized managers/staff members. The Apartment Manager is the worst of all. The Manager before her, He was great it is a shame he didn't last long. Ever since she came, the apartments are going down hill.She came in the complex like she knew what was up, Reality is she needs to go through traning again and get educated one time. she also needs to learn about Customer satisfaction, but she acts like she's to good for people in the apartment complex.She is rude to you, she don't care about your problems in the apartment, She does things when she feels like she needs to. Overall the apartments look nice, but don't ask management for nothing they woun't do it anyway.

This place is horrible. It is such a same we live in a nice part of town and we have to be known (apache apartments) as the ghetto neighborhood. I moved from north town thinking it would be better here, nope. The only better is outside the gates in the surrounding area. The grounds, safety, office staff is horrible. At night sometimes I can not get through the parking lot with someone parked in the middle, door opened, music playing, and teenagers hanging around the car looking at me all crazy because I want to get by. During school time, there are more kids in the complex than in school. I was in the managers office when there were people from the nearby neighborhood complaining they just had their cars broken into and all the kids hopped the wall into our complex. They caught two of them and they lived here with the other one being a cousin and visiting. I could go on about this place but I wish I could move out. Thanks management for allowing this place to be the dump on the westside and an eye sore when you get in it. The reputation we are getting is horrible and the people writing in on this website only helps prove this fact.

Apparently they now have security at Apache Pines. Sadly, they are too busy harassing residents to be of any real use. I was threatened by Tom who is an employee of Rocky T's Inc security. He told me I was going to be evicted for speeding (I wasn't). When I told him he was wrong he said, "Wanna bet?" He then called to have my car towed because he said I didn't have a parking permit (I do, in the spot designated by the complex), called Pam, the apartment manager (who told him to call metro ??), and metro. I contacted his boss (the owner) and was told it "would be taken care of". Not sure what this means, but if you're thinking of renting here, DON'T. The staff, as well as the new security, is atrocious.
