I hate living here, but i really cant afford to live anywhere else. The staff here sucks.
When I fist moved in there was a completely different staff and everyone was nice.
Then Pam came along and all hell broke loose. Nothing even gets fixed, they ruined the landscaping when they took the grass out...... one rock looks stupid people. It seems as though Pam only likes to let in Drug dealers and trash, I even heard a rumor that she was taking bribes under the table to keep it all going. All the new tenants have people coming and going at all hours of the night, honking their horns and 3am, 4am, 5am...... you get the picture. I have lived here for a couple of years and before she came we had the typical drama you see in any apartment complex. after her arrival we have cops on the property almost every day. We used to be able to get our apartments sprayed every month, now it never gets sprayed and no matter how clean your house is ,the roaches are taking over..... gross!

Now don't get me started on the kids, geez. There is no parental supervision at all. They are screaming, tearing up stuff and causing problems all over everyday. The parents only get involved when there is a fight and they are worse than the kids. Screaming at each other, thinking their child would never do anything like that......... they dont even watch their kids how would they know'! And what does Pam do about it.........she writes a MEAN memo about a drug free property and a small thing about watching your kids. I bet that will help(right')........ maybe she should try being proactive. I have an idea, someone should fire Pam and kick her off her high horse.

I would never tell anyone to live here, this place is hell.
