I agree about things changing after Pam arrived. She has no clue about what's going on. Pam, you're a manager, manage! I just barely moved out. I give my 30 days notice to one of the new staff (seems be to going on a lot lately) but she said to come back Monday when another lady can take care of it. This was a Wednesday. Friday came and we had to leave town for an emergency. We called on Saturday to let them know that we can't make it in on Monday and that we're giving our 30 day notice. Pam said we had to fill out a form and that we need access to a fax. Hello, Einstein, why couldn't you have given it to us on Wednesday'!' Well, we were out of town for a week and as soon as we got back in town we gave our notice again. But Pam said we didn't give the proper 30 day notice. WTF! I gave my f'ing noticed a week and a half ago to your stupid staff. So we had to pay for the extra days into the next month. Anyway, that wasn't the only problem. After the move out walkthrough, I told maintenance that we had this broken window since we moved in and all he could do was make a note of it. Which was fine, he was only the maintenance crew. Because we only notified them of the broken window how many times'!' Anyway, the broken window was noted in the move in sheet, which was officially written on a scrap piece of paper. So after two years of tenancy, the 'official' paperwork was lost. That meant, yes, we had to pay for the window too.

So, this may be the cheapest place in Vegas, but you'll pay for it one way or another.
