neighbors can be noisy at times
bad neighborhood.. police on site ATLEAST two- three times a month
pool is never open (always under maintenance)
all rocks (grass has been taken out)
store sheds frequently broken into
lots of tenants who do not speak English
my car was stolen a couple months ago on site
playground unkept... (swings always slung over the top so no one can use them... wire gate around playground has literally had a huge whole cut in it so they do not have to walk around to get in... just walk through whole)

This place sucks. The manager george who only comes on site once a month is mean and disrespectful.My apartment is roach infested they need to be on my lease because i cant get rid of them. Everytime the pest guy comes to spray he always seem to bring more roaches. My tub has leaking water with a big water stain because maintence is too dam lazy. They have so many kids living there it looks like a elementry school and they are hanging out at 11oclock at night on a school night where are thier parents.When lisa the former manager was thier everything was in order and she was great.The have no washer,no dryer, no balcony,no dishwasher and its noisey and dirty. I was paying 723.00 a month for a two bedroom. Now im paying 50bucks more at my new apartment with all appliances. Dont live there.
