OUR APARATMENT IS VERY NICE, ALSO DESIGNED FOR GREAT ROOMMATE STYLE LIVING. ITS A PRIME LOCATION, NEXT TO UNLV, CLOSE TO SHOPPING CENTERS & SCHOOLS. WE HAVE INDOOR STORAGE AREA. CENTRAL A/C, FRIENDLY PROFESSINAL STAFF! GREAT MAINTENANCE SERVICE. LANDSCAPE IS ONE OF THE FEW PROPERTYS HERE IN LAS VEGAS THAT STILL HAVE GRASS, WHICH IS WHY I CHOSE TO LIVE HERE.
I WOULD DEFINETYL RECOMMEND RENTING HERE.

This is obviously written by a member of the staff. I looked at these apartments in 08 and there were roaches (dead and alive) in the apartment I was shown. The staff member was obviously embarrassed but tried to cover by saying the apartment had just been sprayed. Look CAREFULLY inside everything and make your decision. I liked the location and the rent was cheap enough, but roaches are not uncommon in complexes this old and inexpensive. You have to think about why the rent is so cheap and why won't the management company at least give you a minute of their time?
