Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I had just broken up with my ex and needed a place fast and Augusta had a good deal and immediate occupancy.
I had no problems with the office staff, the grounds were well maintained, etc.
Noise was a concern. My complaints regarding this to the office were dealt with promptly.
I had the smaller 1 BD layout... nothing spectacular it.
There are much nicer apartments in the Silverado Ranch area, but if you need something, Augusta isn't all that bad.
