I lived here in a 2 bd/2ba 2nd floor apt for a few years. There must of been something wrong with the floor of my apt. Every time I would walk (and I only weigh 105 lbs) across the apt. the people downstairs would freak out. My 6 yr old couldnt be a kid and run around, I was always telling her to walk nice, and not jump, not run, etc. Its no way to live. I dont know if all apts were that bad. The mail was horrible. The mailman always put the wrong mail in the wrong mailbox. So people at the apt. would just leave the mail that wasnt theirs just laying around. I often saw mortgage /bank mail, etc. laying on the ground for anyone to take. I told mgt numerous times, along with making complaints with the post office. After I moved, someone sent me a Christmas card in the beginning of Dec, and it wasnt forwarded to me until March 17! Im surprised I got it at all. The mailman assigned to this apt. is the worst!

Thats so true, the mail man put a stop to my mail after I didnt pick it up for a few days. He left a note saying to pick it up at post office but did not specify which one....the reason why he stopped delivery to my box was because it was filled with junkmail and mail that wasnt even mine....he's a joke!!
