Although initially I had seemingly no problems when I moved in here, I have been living here for just over a year and I'm sick of it. I am in the process of moving out and will be gone by the end of the month. During the course of my time here my car has been broken into 3 times, and I pray that no one steals it before I get a chance to leave. My neighbors' apartment was broken into a few months after I began living here. Constant slamming of doors, fighting, and drug deals wake me up at night, and I feel unsafe in this gated community (the gate that is always open, of course). And, by the way, no one picks up after their dogs, so I've stepped in crap many times. The apartment itself is nothing to write home about, but the rent has been raised little by little each month, and now I absolutely feel as if I'm being screwed out of my money. This is a nice complex compared to those surrounding it in this area of Las Vegas, but I would strongly advise anyone seeking housing in this city against moving in here. I cannot WAIT to move out of here!!!!!
