I was reading the other reviews posted and everyone has there opinion. I definitely disagree, I think this is one of the better apartment places in this area. I moved into Augusta in April of '07 during my stay here I have had no issues with my security, the office staff or maintenance. I have enjoyed my stay and will continue to live here until I am able to buy a house.
Since I have lived here they have expaned the pool area giving us more room to hang out, they also put in gas BBQ grills giving us the opportunity to enjoy ourselves.
They put together all kinds of different parties for the people who live here, which really brings everyone together. I have met alot of my neighbor and have made some good friends because of it.
