Having read the comments from the other past tenants, I would agree that Aviata apartments is far from luxurious. Just a couple of things is the dirty white carpet, poor insulation, horrible water pressure, the huge wolf spiders, and the none responsive maintance staff. The main complaint I have about this "luxury apartment" is the staff. They are completly unhelpful in all aspects. Every time I went into the office I was standing in front of the counter for about 5 minutes before someone, followed by 3 or four other staff members, came out of the back room to help me. What are they doing back there', getting high', who knows' They are also rude and provide no information on talking to anybody above them. Oh, and don?t even attempt to break your lease, it will take your first born and all your assets to do so. I recently purchased a house and wanted to move out only one month before my lease was up, and they gave me hell. Even if they could fill the apartment with someone, I still had to ride the lease out. There is no negotiating with them. Plus, they have the nerve to bad talk the other apartment buildings in the area, to me that is bad business. I wish I went to the other buildings before Aviata, I probably would at least have got some decent customer service.
