Aviata is a nice place to live. When we moved in our apartment wasn't meeting our expectations so our apartment manager made sure to make us happy. She had all our problems fixed and on top of that gave us free gift certificates to a nice restaurant. It's too bad that people bash this place because it is a nice place to live.
