we recently renewed our lease, and as luck would have it, we had a washer overflow, causing damage to the surrounding carpet padding.
upon notifying the office, arrangements were promply made to extract the water, and replace the damaged padding.
a brand new washer was installed and the entire apartment was shampooed.
we would like to take this opportunity to thank the Manager, your friendly office staff, and especially your Maintenance Supervisor Fred, and his staff.
while working under difficult circumstances, Fred and his crew conducted themselves very professionally and courteously.
