By looking at any pictures you see or even by driving by, the apartments look nice. The grounds are landscaped nice(one reason why we chose to rent here) and we liked the floor plan. Now that we moved in the problems start, 1st the carpet was wet the day we moved in, 2nd we had to fill out many maint. request which we have probably put in around 12, which all include things that should have been taken care of before anyone ever moved in. 3rd most of the people who work there esp. maint. and managment, are very unprofessional!!!! They don't have the required staff for maint. people per unit which means request dont get done on a timely manor or correctly for that matter. Someone else wrote about the spider and roache problem, well they wernt joking!!!!! We have to have our apt. sprayed every other week and that still doesnt help! I would also agree that the gym is terrible to work out in, might as well go work out in a steam room! I can say that i dont feel unsafe or that my vehicle might be vandalized. The apartments are located in a good location with many things in a short distance such as freeways, shopping, and banks. Other than this, there is nothing really special about these apartments.
