I have lived at Aviata for 2 years and I remember when I moved in, my leasing agent bent over backwards for us and did everything she could to get us the apt. that we wanted. Regarding all the complaints about the manager...people just get angry when they don't get what they want. They want to be above the rules and if something doesn't go their way then they are, "discriminated against." Pardon me, but that discrimination s h i t just doesn't fly with anybody. If someone gets pissed, then that's automatically disrimination. Most people on this website need to get a life or go cry to your mommies or to someone who cares. The people that work here are nice and do the best they can. No apartment complex is perfect. GET OVER IT!!!
