My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years. Recently signed a new lease. Grounds and pool area immaculate and well maintained. Office staff seem friendly enough, but I have put thru a work order which was never addressed. We live not too far from the front office - have never had any trouble. Occasionally, we hear kids playing outside; but that is not a bother to me. Never hear my neighbors, units seem well insulated for noise. I do hear a train in the distance now and again, but I grew up near a rr track so I don't mind. Overall, I think this property is a great place to live. Depending on what area you live on the property, other tenants may have a different opinion. My only real gripe is no pets allowed!! I would love to have a small dog or cat. Our next place will be pet friendly - I hope. Apartment living is tough unless you can afford the ritz - other than that, I find they want my money and then it's adios amigo. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate the place an 8.
