Ilived at Aviata from 2001-2003... what a nightmare! So many bug problem... it startes with potato bugs... millions of them everywhere! I had to deal with that myself. Then there were the bees... they took over the apartment. I lived in an apt facing the street of Warm Springs. The parking was lacking, too many young inconsiderate people lived there and would cause racket. I was not happy with the layout or the poor quality of the apt. The neighbors consisently fighting drove us out of there. They even sent me to collections instead of contacting me! Poor customer service. This place has awful bug issues. Avoid at all costs... I'm warning U!
