I have lived at several different locations in las vegas and I have to say that Avita is best apartment complex that I have lived in. Their office staff is very friendly and they always take care of any maintenance issues very promptly. The landscaping is always well groomed and very green. The pool area reminds me of a resort, with the tall palm trees and lounge style pool. I would recommend this place to anyone.
