You could be happy letting your kids outside here. The management was friendly they had bbq's once a month and donuts every sunday. The clubhouse was used frequently for many community things. They even celebrated holidays (some of them) with their tenants. The place was clean and vibrant, 'sort of'.

Today:
The clubhouse is now used as a storage room for the broken ac's and junk that they are salvaging from the apartments their tennant's have wrecked.
Worst roach problem i've seen yet,they spray a lot and there are roach baits from 2 or more years ago.
The maintainence staff is lazy and works as if they have never done an honest day's work in their lives, Cabinets are falling off the walls, the rusty water from some one's tub above the room I was in is leaking down the wall... They patched up the wall after tearing it out and still have not repainted it. Had a problem with the lock on a sliding glass door not working at all. So he hammered at the door frame and did a crappy job at it. The door is still broken, It either locks to where you cant get it open outside with a key or doesnt lock at all. (Makes you feel real Secure don't it') not to mention the grass has looked as crappy as it does now for 10 years. You constantly have to be concerned with wether or not some idiots or crackheads are going to come barging in your door claiming they have the wrong house. God forbid you arent home when this happens.

For the noise you have lots of children running around saying things you should'nt hear children their age saying like obscene statements from girl to boy(bear in mind these kids are probably 10 or younger.)
Or in other cases you have some one who's spastic or going nuts because he's drunk or high screaming from his door or window. I've seen gunfights here as well between security/police and some individuals. Slowly certain places in vegas are being blacklisted by restaurants for delivery as well.. this is one of them rising fast on that list.
