Not worth what they charge

I'm sorry, but charging $850 for a studio apartment is somewhat excessive. Sounds scary, doesn't it' Well, starting in April of this year, that's what they're going to be charging.
For a place that feels cramped and outdated, only the bare essentials in terms of furniture, maintenance that at times seems non-existent (even when you go to the office on multiple occasions and report a problem) and a swimming pool that is open only a few weeks out of the year (last year it spent half the season closed because the owners didn't want to get anyone to keep the pool clean and the Health Department shut it down, they sure seem to want to charge enough money for it.
Noise' The walls here are paper-thin. I have spent many nights awakened by neighbors who seem to enjoy loud music and incessantly barking pets. Sometimes management will deal with the situation the next day, sometimes they won't.
Oh.. and when you come here, they trumpet "gated community". Well, the gates are wide open for a chunk of the day and one of the entrance gates is completely broken right off its hinges. Security is non-existent. Personally, I can't wait until the end of the month to be out of here.
