Short and sweet. If you're minorities and you're young, the leasing office personel suck. The apartment has been falling apart since day 1. My boyfriend went over the apartment for defects while I was at work. He missed a lot. I found dozens of other defects and tried to report them. I was accused of doing the damages on my second day of living at the apt. Personel are very snobby. The tiny pool table is missing half the balls. The work out room consists of a treadmill and a multi-work station. The nice pool up front is always cold. The heated pool is always dirty or locked up. Grounds are not well-maintained. They charged a $200 cleaning fee and I went over the carpet with a steam cleaner just because I wanted to make sure it was cleaned, and the carpet was still FILTHY! One of the fans in the bathrooms never worked. The bathrooms are carpeted and the toilets flood! The cable connection is terrible. Don't let the model home fool you. It is beautiful. 5'1." The second room is so small my baby has no play room. Now for the plus-side: Larger than average patio, large extra storage, huge master bedroom, HUMONGOUS 90 gallon tub (although you can never fill it to a comfortable level before the hot water runs out), Arched entry ways, and the big dining room is separated from the living room, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar.
