I lived at the Breakers and it was okay. My apartment was clean and pleasant to live in. The apartment has arched walkways and is fairly spacious. There is also a nice balcony and you have a reserved parking space. Management will fixed broke down appliances but they are snotty and annoying types (especially the one with the British accent). Some of the tenants that live in the complex are kinda freaky so you may want to spend some time there before renting. All in all it is okay
