Breakers Apartments

Look Elsewhere From: TashaSucks Date posted: 6/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The amenities are great (gym, racquetball, lake, trails, bar, etc), but don't hold your breath with the responsiveness of the management, especially the manager of the Winter Beach Complex. I have had nothing but problems with her since moving in. I would recommend any other village except for one that she managers. The maintenace staff have been great and receptive to fixing what needs to be fixed.
