I have been living here since 7/03 and have had nothing but problems. There is first of all a major bug problem which at this time does seem to be improving a bit. The main problem seems to be it is definitely living up to its name of "the Breakers". Whatever can break, will and does. The office staff is the most unprofessional bunch of workers i've ever come in contact with. You put in work orders and they never act on them. Then maintenance says they were in your apartment and the problem still exists. It is now the middle of the summer 105 degrees and lo and behold we have absolutely no use of both of our swimming pools or jacuzzis. No notice was ever sent to anyone informing us of this either. Besides, we cant even use the gym now either for some reason. I've been told 3 different stories as to what the problem is and 3 different dates as to when it is expected to be re-opened. The problem is that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing here. I do give it one big plus and that is the large size rooms and large terrace with storage.
