We have lived here for only a few months. When we moved in A/C was stripped of parts, fridge broken, dryer took 6 hours to dry laundry and hard wired smoke detector broken! We have had a ?trouble ticket? in for over a month. Management seems to refuse to send crew unless a tenant is NOT home which seems very fishy. Location is nice and move-in was planned 3 months before hand so I don?t understand these issues. We put in for the dryer to be fixed at least three times. Received a call from maintenance one day and was asked if dryer was fixed. I said ?not yet?. They still never came. Handle on kitchen sink broke off three weeks ago, so we only get hot water. Pool is always dirty. The post office service here is very slow. Postman is always here for at least 4-6 hours delivering mail. SLOW!!!! Thermostat super old so we bought our own. Broke doorknobs on front door never replaced. If we had known all this beforehand?.we would have moved elsewhere.
