I am very disappointed in our stay here. I have lived in many different apartments and this one has the worst appliances and the slowest maintenance ever. My electricity bill is twice the amount it was in another apartment here in town and I think it is because of the ancient appliances. The A/C is old, the washer/dryer is old, the fridge, the stove. The sauna doesn't work, they have been telling me that they have balls for the pool table on order for 6 months now. The way this place is run is a joke. I'm surprised that Olen allows this kind of operation. Eagle Trace was so much more efficient and they were 5 times the size of the Breakers. The only good thing about this place is that it's in a great neighborhood.
