THe Breakers is in a great part of the city...that is the end of the positive. Maintenence does not exist, I have had my apartment sprayed twice for black widow spiders and who knows if they sprayed because they are still there, along with some cockroaches. Everything about the complex and the apartments are outdated, and they told me they were in the process of installing a gate when I moved in a year ago and it still is not installed. To top it off, when you move out they charge you $35 to give a recommendation to any other future place of residence.

Some problem over in the LANTANA apartments the front looks great and when your put to the back. I have black widow spiders, roaches, and critters too. 3 pools under health hazard. The pool closest to me turning into a pet park. I even took pictures of the poor premises and poor maintenance. That did'nt work. Instead of fixing the problem I got hit with an eviction. I hope the owner reads everyones reviews then they could know to hire better maintenance and those managment in the front kicking it in the club house.
