Comments about maintenance on other reviews is correct. Also, yes, appliances are very old. The buildings themselves are not well built. You hear alot of noise coming through the walls from your neighbors. It is very annoying. There appears to be an increasing amount of ghetto types moving in here. Noise associated with ghetto types is increasing as well. I have a wopping 5 months left on my lease, and don't think I can take this place much longer. If you are considering this place, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
