The breakers is a total ghetto for Summerlin. There are other apartments close by that are the same price and a good bit nicer. The fixtures (doors, cupboards) are really old. My neighbours are a bunch of kids who sell drugs. There are about 10 of them. I have complained about a half dozen times. Each time the (invariably new) office girl tells me they will send a letter. Plus I can hear my other neighbour turn over in his bed! The walls are like paper. There are no grounds and the place is all parking lot.
