I've only been in The Breakers for a month and a half now and so far I like it. It's a big change from Eagle Trace (I hate them to the core). I'm not going to pretend that everything is "FANTASTIC", I don't believe that the apartment is worth the amount of rent that we have to pay which is currently $944 for a 2 bedroom (and that is for a special price) The appliances are outdated, but mine seem to work fine. I hate the fact that I run out of hot water so rapidly and the neighbors above me are extremely loud. I can hear their EVERY move (lol). I love this side of town, a few of the complexes around seem to be a little "ghetto" but everything really remains to look appealing. If you are interested in Eagle Trace...you should go check out my "book" that I leave on that complex. I would also like to add a side note, I will NEVER rent from Olen Properties again. This company is horrible and I am totally against the $35.00 charge as well for rental verification.
