its not as bad as people say it is its quiet ive only seen my neighbors twice in the past three months and when i moved in my apartment was very clean.and the staff is great they are always there every time we call to fix the problem.the girls at the front are very nice and the area overall is great ive lived in worse places this is one of the best and my husband is a very picky person and he seems to like it very much also.i have not heard any kids around my area i do recommend it the price is also good.i dont see where all this negativity comes from

because it is owned by Olen Properties. you want answers google Olen Properties or Igor Olenicoff (owner) and you will see all the problems tax fraud, heavy mold ,mildew issues that never gets fixed, 3 class action lawsuits for dbl dipping on the penalty of lease break. big time on sueing renters for leaving early with good reason.
