my boyfriend and i lived here for 1-1/2 yrs. my boyfriend had a serious surgery three weeks before our lease was up. we had a couch that i couldnt move by myself. I talked to one of the ladies in the office and she told me that if i wanted, to leave the couch in the apartment and they would move it out for us. great, right' WRONG. i now have this on my credit as an eviction - even though i have all my receipts showing that i paid my rent on time - and they billed me for an extra months rent for the couch - even though it was out of my lease term. turns out, that the 900.00 is for the couch being in there for 7 days! the breakers will break you. also, even though i had a covered ASSIGNED parking spot, there was always someone parked in my spot and when i would call the office, no one came to my aid. oh and, the washer/dryer - its alright if you dont mind them being in a small closet. Okay. Well another post from an Anonymous. I just want to make sure I understand what you are saying, which seems to be paying $900 for a couch to stay in an apartment for 7 days. Yes?
