Breakers Review

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1997
I lived here back around '97 and was also employed by the company as a maintenance person on this property. At the time these apartments were already about 15 years old. Now they are close to 30 years old. Don't move here if you want a new apartment or expect everything to be updated and newer. It's a typical older property with lots of problems. The one bedroom apartments are very small and even though the very large tubs are nice, there's seldom enough hot water to fill them. It's a good part of the city, but not without problems. My advice to anyone out there is to buy a house or rent a HOUSE. ALL apartment complexes are basically the same with noisy neighbors, maintenance issues, poor construction, no privacy and lack of parking, etc. These are common problems with all apartment complexes in general. It can't be avoided. Too many people living too close together in one place. If you want new, rent a new place. If you want privacy and space, rent a house.
