My wife and I just moved away from Breakers to be closer to my work. We enjoyed living at Breakers and found it overall a pretty nice place to live. The location is amazing because you are a stones throw from everything (shopping, restaurants, library, etc.).

We got one of the apartments with the new kitchen appliances and counter-tops (which were brand new). The washer and dryer were old and the dryer didn't dry too well though. The pools and hot-tubs are nice, though the work-out room could use some work. We had no trouble parking & finding a spot close to our apt. The tennis court is awesome to have available. There is a lot of grass for dogs/kids to play.

Maintenance was great for us. They showed up to fix our little issues immediately after we asked them to.

We did have some cockroaches in our apt though. (I found five.) Let's face it, Vegas has cockroaches. We lived on the ground floor. Our friends lived above us and never saw any cockroaches. We called maintenance, they came the next day and sprayed and we never had any cockroach problems again.

All around, I would live there again if we worked in the area.

dear anonymous - what is the point of your caustic response? for someone like me who is planning to move to las vegas from across the country, honest reviews of apartment complexes are very important. stupid commenentaries for your own amusement are of little help to potential renters.
