Where should I start' Oh,

#1 the Roaches.. plenty of them, I been here 6 months and I think I see up to 10 a day, They sprayed ONCE since I have been here,
#2 Carpets.. OMG when i moved in it was stained bad. The tree outside dropped these berries last month and stained it worse, and they wont clean it till I renew my lease in another 6 months. Greer .
#3 My Spare Car, they Towed it.... I didn't The Plates were good, it Ran, it was in working order, in fact i had dumped $2,500 in the Engine and Tires just 6 months ago... and they wont pay to get it out. The Head lights were off, But I had them in the truck, And was on my way to my buddies the Day they towed it to add on the New Light, It had Flog light, Cops told me it was Legal and Drivable the way it was.. as long as my Insurance was good and Tags, GRRRRRR
#4 People that Live Under me... I thought if i moved to the Top floor I would have a little peace and quiet,,, NOPE I got people under me that Love BASE turned up Listening to Eminem Rap songs when the Mom goes to work and the Teens are left at home, and I get a short, we will take care of it message from the management, and I hear the music 3 hours later when they go home.
#5 The Stove, I think I cook the Room more than the food, the door is so loose it has a 3/4 inch Gap need to Ply it shut to cook.
#6 The Dryer, I had needed them to repair the thing THREE times. and then they break the Clips that closed it they DRILLED SCREWS threw the Front, LOOKS like JUNK, my site will have Pics.
#7 The Washer - Leaks like I poured a Super Big Gulp under it with each wash... I told them, they looked at it, never heard from them again... Sorta like the how they treat the rest of the people here.
#8 Hung Up on me... Rude. And I left Multiple messages to the Supervisor Gary at Prefered Property Management and never got a returned call.
#9 my other Car was Broken into last week and installed an alarm yesterday.
