To all those propestive renters, unless you are ok with the following, then this place will be ok for you. SWAPMEET side walk sale infront of the apartment, your parking stall constantly occupied by someone else, loud noise and parties until 4 or 5 in the morning,drug selling, open containers (beers and cans) out on the lawn or by landscape hangouts,vehicle vandalizing and stolen properties out of cars,trashy landscape and laundry hanging out in the open.
And if you are still a prospective renter and dont enjoy dog poops in front of your door step then perhaps you should seriously consider elswhere. Run, Run, Run as far as you can..
