My husband and I moved there as a transitioning place. He was on his way to boot camp and it seemed like the easiest place to move at the time. We paid around $845 a month for a one bedroom on the second floor. We were in a building close to the office so going out at night wasn't that bad. As like any place in Las Vegas it's not really safe to go out in the night time. There was a lot of talk about drug dealers, but if you just keep your head down and mind your own business we never had any problems. I can't remember ever having to call maintenance. There were extra charges for maid service, but we just did that for ourselves. Living there helped us to establish good payments with a company and in the long run helped us to be able to move into the apartment we're in now.
