I lived Buf. Highlands for 2 yrs and had nothing but problems. Maintenance was terrible. My toilet was broken for 4 months and never repaired. Management is extrememly poor at this property and they are rude to residents. They frown on anyone with children. They need to turn this into a retirement community since that is who they would rather have renting from them. The grounds were always a mess and the pool is NEVER open, except in the winter months when you wouldn't want to use it.

I live at the Buffalo Highlands down the street from you. Any time we complain about maintenance problems or my son is seen outside we are threatened with eviction. Management is anti children, anti fixing things, anti tenants. They are much worse then the slum landlords back in NY.
They will not heat the pool. The whirl pool sits at around 97 degrees...just hot enough to breed bacteria. The treadmills in the fitness center never work.
We are supposed to live in a gated community...but the gates sit open all day and now most of the night. We have had stuff stolen from our patio when maint. personnel left the back gate unlocked...does nothing to complain but to get an eviction notice posted.
