Buffalo Highlands has the worst management and maintenance are the worst. They are rude to residents and do not repair anything. They had 75 leaks with this past rain and none have been repaired. I put in a request for maintenance several weeks ago and have never gotten a call back. My A/C bill was over 300 dollars and I have had no assistance from the office. The office people do not turn in orders they just hold them. The office staff is very kind to get you to move in. After they have you then you are just another rent check. If you make them mad then you will recieve an eviction notice. I am not sure but this is not a way to run an apartment complex. If you are smart, look for another apartment.
