I have had no problems with management. They are very responsive. Granted they are older garden apartments (quite homey and only single story) so there have been a couple of things that needed repair but, in the 2 1/2 years I've been here they have been great to me. I will wait for when my lease expires this year to see if there will be a significant rate increase but for the price, they are absolutely great apartments (single story with a larger fenced patio and an attached 2 car garage) in a decent location, with good management.
